If you are not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please see our return conditions below:

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Items must be new, unworn and in its original condition and packaging
    with labels attached.
  • No refunds or exchanges on “sale” items or “discontinued” items.
  • Must be purchased from our website to be eligible for a refund. If
    purchased at one of our retailers, please return the item to that location.
  • We do not provide lifetime guarantee on items. We are not responsible
    for normal wear and tear of products
  • Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return from the time we
    receive your item.
  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 business days of
    arrival to report a claim with the shipping carrier
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Please contact delivery
    carrier for resolution.

Return Fees:

  • Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Processing fee of $5.00 will be deducted from the return. (If outside US, customer will be responsible for the full return fee, duties and taxes).
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping to return your items and must use a carrier that provides a tracking number. Retain your tracking number in the event there is an issue receiving your return.
  • If an item is refused and returned to us, a restocking fee of $5.00, original shipping fee, and return fee will be deducted from your refund
