Free Shipping on Consumer Orders over $50
diPrima Shipping Policy
- Free domestic shipping for orders over $50 (after any discounts are applied).
- Standard shipping will be provided by either USPS or UPS.
- For orders under $50, shipping costs will be flat rate of $11.50 in the domestic US and at standard published rated outside the domestic US.
- Allow 2 business days for processing time plus shipping time.
- Delivery Service Company will determine shipping times. We ship from California. In the contiguous US, you can expect to receive your product within 3-6 business days depending on your location. AL, HI, Military bases and other US territories may have longer shipping times.
- Expedited 2 day shipping is available for domestic US at an additional cost. Please contact us at info@diprimabeauty.com if you need expedited shipping. Cut off time for processing orders for expedited shipping are by 12PM Noon (PT).
- Our business hours are M-F 8AM – 5PM (PT).
- Shipping costs for wholesale orders and International orders are determined by weight, number of items ordered and delivery address.
- We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Not responsible for incorrect addresses being provided.
- Order cancellation – once order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
International Shipping
- International shipping fees will be determined at checkout.
- International orders outside the US are responsible for taxes and duties associated with your shipment and any fees and duties associated with refused packages or costs for returned packages.
Shipping Conditions:
- Regular Shipping Domestic US
If over $50.00 before tax and discounts, offer Free Shipping in domestic US.
If under $50.00 before tax and discounts, charge flat rate of $11.50 in domestic
US. - Regular Shipping – International, Non Domestic US i.e. AL, HI, Puerto Rico or
US Military bases
Pull rate from USPS API and use their published rates by weight of package and
destination regardless of Cart amount + $5.00. - Expedited Shipping for Domestic US Only
If they want expedited shipping, we will offer Fed Ex 2-day. Pull rate from our Fed Ex Account API and add $10.00. Fed cannot ship to PO Boxes, Military bases. Please either state this or program so that it pops up as not a valid delivery address.
